The staff at the facility are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival, the front desk took their time to assist me and make me feel at home. Dr. Osmond Nguyen is easy to talk to, striking the perfect balance between a friendly conversation and a professional demeanor. Additionally, they do not rush clients into making purchases of glasses or eye contact lenses, which I find to be a positive aspect of my experience.

The staff is what made all the difference! They were all SO nice and Dr. Nguyen was so sweet and very thorough with my father, who has Huntington's Disease. Even though it was hard for him to communicate and sit still, they did everything possible to get him through the exam. They also had a wide selection of name brand frames and the office was clean.

I called today and I was desperate to replace my glasses. They fit me in and everyone was so nice. The ladies upfront are very friendly and professional. The doctor was also very nice! I have almost never in 23 years of getting my eyes checked walked out with new prescription contact lenses (they always have to be ordered) but they had them and gave me a 1 week trial.

​​​​​​​The doctor & staff were incredibly informative, professional and helpful without being too invasive for you to browse through the plentiful array of frames to choose from. I decided to go here instead of my regular eye doctor, as there were no appts. available until June and l didn't want to wait that long. I'm so glad I went. I'm thinking I'll make the change permanent if the glasses I ordered turn out perfectly, as expected.
